Danielle Cohen has been an immigration and human rights lawyer since 1998 and established her firm in 2004. Danielle specializes in all aspects of immigration: asylum, and human rights law, as well as citizenship law, successfully acting for businesses and individuals from all over the world.

Danielle is widely considered one of the foremost immigration experts in the UK. In 2022, she was elected to the Law Society Council, representing the women’s lawyers’ seat. She was appointed as a council member to the Human Rights Committee in August 2024.
