About Lawyer Edmund Grower

Edmund is the firm’s senior partner as well as head of the commercial and residential property department. He has extensive experience in acting for companies, high-net-worth individuals, and offshore trusts concerning commercial and residential property sales and purchases. He also undertakes residential development work for small to medium-sized developers. Edmund frequently advises on joint ventures and development and general commercial agreements.

Edmund qualified as a solicitor in 1971 and formed his firm then known as Epstein Grower in 1991. During the late 1970s and then again in the early 1990s, Edmund was involved in the breakup of several substantial mansion blocks of flats, acting principally on behalf of the tenants in the acquisition of the freeholds and the simultanous granting of long leases to the residents. He frequently acts for receivers and liquidators on property-related issues and has represented various banks and building societies about volume repossession actions. In addition, he has acted for several banks (both in the UK and offshore) and building societies about securitization work. Edmund has worked with Galliard Homes in connection with the off-plan sales of large numbers of flats in London as well as having acted for several prominent sports and media personalities in respect of the purchase and sale of property investments, and has spoken at property seminars.
