George was born in Port Arthur, Texas, and raised in Nederland, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he was a Dean’s Honor Roll student. He subsequently graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, in 2013, where he was a Dean’s Honor List student and member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, a legal honors fraternity. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2013.
Following law school, George practiced personal injury insurance defense and, for a brief period of time, worked as an oil-and-gas landman before returning to personal injury law practice. He has worked for law firms throughout Beaumont, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas, and, in addition to personal injury and oil-and-gas law, his experience includes commercial law and local government law. He has largely devoted his legal career to motion practice and legal research and writing, with a particular focus on state and federal summary judgment motions and Daubert–Robinson expert challenges. He has drafted petitions considered by Texas courts of appeal and the Texas Supreme Court.
Today, George’s practice consists of representing seriously injured clients in personal injury cases, with a focus on commercial motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, oilfield injuries, workplace injuries, and products liability disputes. In his free time, George enjoys writing, politics, sports, church, and spending time with his daughter.
