Attorney Joseph Wantz is the chief trial attorney for Paulozzi LPA and has over 30 years of experience handling personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, dog attacks, and medical malpractice. He has tried over 250 cases to a verdict, both for plaintiffs and defendants. Joseph earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana. In addition to his practice, Joseph is a past president of the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and has served as a lecturer on multiple continuing legal education programs for both attorneys and judges.

Joseph is married and has one daughter. His hobbies include fly fishing, woodworking, and yard work. He is a volunteer with Patriots on the Fly, an organization dedicated to assisting disabled active military personnel and veterans in their physical and emotional rehabilitation through fly fishing, tying, education, and outings.
