Attorney Madison McLawhorn, originally of Winterville, North Carolina, practices out of the firm’s Charlotte office, where she focuses her representation on clients harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Madison has several years of experience representing injured parties in claims across the state. Prior to joining Auger & Auger, Madison was a member of the personal injury practice group at a large, regional North Carolina law firm, where she fought for clients and their families in wrongful death, auto, tractor-trailer, dog bite, and premises liability cases. Other prior experience includes a brief tenure defending insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims, experience she harnesses to provide clients with well-rounded representation.
