About Lawyer Nigel Saines

Nigel Saines is the founder and Managing Principal of Saines Legal, an Employment Law and Workplace Relations firm.

Nigel completed a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology and completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice also through the Queensland University of Technology. Nigel is an admitted solicitor within the Supreme Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

After completing his Bachelor of Law, Nigel developed his expertise as an Employment Lawyer whilst working in private practice. It was whilst working in private practice that he found his passion to start his own Employment Law firm in Brisbane.

Nigel opened Saines Legal in 2016 with the focus and goal of building an Employment Law firm solely focused on serving the employment needs of clients with highly skilled employment lawyers. Nigel’s expertise has been recognised consistently by Doyle’s Guide in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024 as Leading Queensland Employment Lawyer. Saines Legal was also recognized during this same period by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Queensland Employment Law Firm.
