About Lawyer Rachael Connolly

Rachael joined the firm in 2008 having previously worked with a top-tier international law firm in New York. Rachael’s main area of work is in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution with a particular emphasis on securities recovery and enforcement. She represents and advises clients on issues ranging from company restorations, and the recovery of assets during and after insolvency to landlord and tenant disputes. Rachael regularly advises clients on possession and receivership matters and has successfully acted for numerous financial institutions and corporate clients in both the Circuit Court and High Court to pursue debtors for unsatisfied debts.

Working with the Commercial Law team, Rachael advises clients including domestic technology start-ups to overseas companies setting up operations in Ireland, on a variety of strategic and practical issues including supply & distribution contracts, licenses, IP, investment, and finance.
