Family Law Solicitor highlights the increasing number of “Save-cations”

Recent research has shown that couples heading for separation or Divorce are booking a romantic holiday as a last ditch attempt to save their relationship.

Although for some the time away helps to rekindle lost romance, as many discover these ‘save-cations’ are not always enough to save a relationship in trouble. When the plane touches down, normal life and its stresses resume so the problems may return.

Separation in whatever form is a very difficult and stressful time so at Slater and Gordon we offer many different ways to resolve the conflict and decision making about the future, the Children and the Finances. We offer both the more traditional route of instructing a lawyer or as an alternative, Family Mediation when one of our specially trained lawyer mediators helps the couple to reach their own agreement through a series of carefully planned meetings.
